I had cancelled bus ticket from Siliguri to Kolkata and Kolkata to Siliguri von *nd and *rd dec.. amounting around **** total.
But it's been over ** days I have not received the refund. I have raised a complaint they are just ignoring and asking me to wait and wait. Its high time now. I need my money refunded. Make my trip has become so worse now. It was.a mistake I trusted them
