Travolook in - Money not refunded even after more than 1 month

Booked a flight from travolook.in
As soon as I booked it, I got a call from their customer care that the ticket has been cancelled because the fare increased while I was booking. And they told me that they will refund the amount in ** working days. But now its over * months but I have not received the money back in my account.

Importantly, as soon as they informed me over call that the ticket has not been booked, I booked it from another site exactly at the same fare what I booked on travolook.in

I am guessing this is a big scam where the company tends to not return the money and the customer will eventually give up after a few months and forget about the money. This is a fraud and they should be booked for such a scam.

Please help me get my money back as its my hard earned money and I will not let it go away easily. Also if we can find that these are actual frauds I am ready to file a case against them.
