Hindustan Times - Money not refunded by Studymate caoching institute

Studymate coaching Institute of Indirapuram Branch (Distt ghaziabad) cheated my money Rs **,***. They forced me to do admission of my kid by making false promises of providing her recorded lectures access at home and then took **% advance payment from with a promise if they wont meet all the promises made they will return money in a month . They didnt provide me any invoice even but payment was done by me thru cheque . When I gave money they simply denied all the promises made to me . Then I aksed them to cancel my admission and give mine money back , the centre head agreed to give my full money back in a month and cancelled my admission. After * months of follow up, I have all emails sent and call recordings , they still didnot refund mine Rs ***** money .Now the centre head and CEO of studymate had blocked mine number. I had raised an complaint in national consumer with docket no ****** and sent them email for that but no reply. I sent them notice too * months back but no reply. They are a big fraud , just collection money after making false promiseses then dont return it back.
