Hindustan Times - Admission fee not refunded

This is with refernce to your subsidery english/study mate institute running by ht learning solutionsI took admission in english mate, Gurgaon (subsidery of hindustan times) on **th september **** for english speaking classes. They informed that your batch will be started between ** october to ** october. I mailed instutute on **.**.**** to refund my money as u did not start batch. They assured me that your money will be refunded after approval from senior executive as we dont have enough strength to start new batch.than in janaury **** i was intimted that we will refund you money in new session (april ****). In april i contacted them, tgey told me submit cancelled cheque along with requeat letter to refund the amount.i submilttrd the same. Tgey told me to wait for * month. I visited tgeir institue i. September **** where they told me that we cannot refund your money as you took admission in **** and apply for refund in ****. I show tge hard copy of mail that i raised my refund case on **. November ****. Then they told me that we cannot help you , plz contact our senior persons. I contacted that person and told him whole case, he assured me that you will get refund surely but now they also not pick call.see the inresposible attitude of such reputed newspaper venture.
