Myntra - Money not refunded

I ordered a aldo clutch but than i didnt find it fisiable to me and I returned it, they took it back and a mail came to me that my item is not approved in quality check and they are sending back it to me than i call them that i didnt use it kindly check it again and dont send it back as i have changed my address. After that all they disnt inform me about anything and send that parcel back to me . When saw my mail that they send it back to me i called them again they said okay you refuse it take ut that parcel never come to me . Not even on that old address. Nor even they call or mail to me for that . Than after that in every two months i do call thm that refund my miney i didnt get that parcel they always say that they ll reply back in *-* days but no reply came this matter is going on since last year and i called them ao many times but no reply came back to me . And finally when i said that i will file complain over you that you guys are not replying me for anything first they ask me for new address than after they refuse to give me my money and product said ‘since it a long pending matter we cant to do anything’ although they delayed it like anything, riddled me every month for my money . Waisted my time hours hours in the end no money no prduct .. they cheated me .
