Nirmala Mary filed complaint against Flipkart on Jul 15, 2019
On **th June I paid through debit card already for Redmi note * Pro but on **th on receiving the item. It was mentioned cash on delivery. Once again I paid ***** and got my phone. On clarification, the company told me that it was a technical problem so they will refund my money within * days. Still, I have not received my money. On chat they say according to sellers rule money cannot be refunded neither they send me another phone. I am disappointed and lost my phone as well as money. Please help me.
