I ordered some items online from jiomart reliance, they never got shipped. In the website the order status only showed placed, money already deducted from upi. Then I talked to customer care, they said the order wasn't registered on their side. So he asked me to wait saying I'll ve refund in *-* days. But nothing happened they even blocked that number of mine from which I contacted. The from another number I again reached out to them saying I still haven't received the refund. She said I'll get it by yesterday and if nothing happens I should call again. But they even blocked this number of mine and now I'm helpless. This is so unfair and I'm very disappointed of their service and inconvenience they are creating.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
