I placed an order on JioMart and paid ₹***.**. The promised delivery time has passed, but the order has not been delivered. The cancellation option in the app repeatedly shows "Failed to cancel order". I contacted customer support several times and received complaint number, but no resolution has been provided. I request immediate cancellation of the order and a full refund of ₹***.**. The delay in delivery, failure of the cancellation system, and lack of resolution from customer support constitute deficiency in service and unfair trade practice.
