ARUNVI singh filed complaint against Gofirst on May 11, 2023
I booked my flight from Goibibo platform for * adult passengers for GoFirst airlines and then I cancelled my flight on *rd May'** and choosed WALLET option for Quick and Hassel free refund process and they promised me to refund it within * Day and then later on said for * Days and still no response nothing from them. Infact, they keep the call on hold so the customer get irritated and cut the call and they don't have to do anything. My Total amount **,*** rupees only.
They are just ignoring and stretching the issue, they may have a lot of time to ignore but I don't have. I booked another Airlines' flight ( I payed extra money too) but what's happening with me after keeping so much of patience that they're fooling me, my mother is a thyroid patient, this incident made her very weak and helpless. Please Goibibo and GoFirst refund my hard earned money.
