Gofirst - Airline Cancellation Refund Not Processed

Dear GoFirst/Makemytrip Team,
I am writing to formally escalate my pending refund request. Despite multiple follow-ups over the past two years, I have not received the refund for my booking made on ** April ****.
This prolonged delay is highly concerning, and I kindly request immediate action to resolve the matter. Please provide a clear update on the status of my refund and ensure that the amount is processed without further delay.
If this issue cannot be resolved promptly, I will be compelled to escalate the matter to the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) and the appropriate consumer grievance forums.
I look forward to your urgent response.
