my order id ******. i ordered sony platinum on **th jan and received a damaged and used of different product of headset.Then i returned my order status changed to refund.still i didn't get my money back.After numerous calling to customer care,sending mails and creating tickets in their site.Nothing works.please help me to get my money back.
