Ordered the hotel for sister in Nainital but turned out to be in Bhimtal asked to cancel the booking and refund money said not possible. Called them several times escalated the matter still no response. In fact, every time call-out on hold my every representative.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
