Union Bank of India - Money not dispensed from ATM deducted from account

On *nd May **** I was trying to withdraw Rs.**,*** from my bank account by using Union Bank ATM at Charbagh Lucknow but the cash did not dispense from the ATM.
However the money got immediately deducted from my bank account
Assuming that the deducted money will be automatically credited back to my account, I waited for few hours but the money was not credited.
When contacted my branch they provided a toll-free number ********** and asked me to report the matter on phone call.
That on *th May **** I lodged a complaint at the toll free number and got a Complaint number ********** but I am still waiting for my money.
