Club Mahindra Holidays - Money not being refunded

I bought the club Mahindra membership on *th April and cancelled the very next day. I was informed by the sales folks that the money will be refunded in * working days. Later on I called on to check the refund progress, they mentioned it takes ** days for the refund to be processed.
Its *** days now and I have still not received the money..
On asking again today, they sent an email stating that it will take **-** more days and none of them are giving explanation for the delay.
