Sajal Mahapatra filed complaint against Airtel paymant bank on Aug 12, 2020
On the */**/**** I added Rs. ***/- in airtel payment bank's wallet because I have to do recharge but after confirmation of payment money has been deducted from my bank but no money still added to wallet.
Even after registering a complaint by mail they took * working days to refund money but they do not refund my money even they again register a another case nd give extra *days of time to refund my money and the sad thing is Airtel bank customer care dorp my call without giving proper explanation.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
