Anil Sharma filed complaint against Swiggy on May 17, 2020
We ordered grocery from Swiggy online on **.*.**** vide order No. *********** and prepaid Rs **** through credit card. Swiggy cancelled the order due to Delievery problem in our residential area and promised to refund the prepaid amount Rs****. Till date we have written many times to Swiggy and requested for the refund but we didn't get it. We posted our claim on Swiggy care at Twitter many times with all details but no positive outcome. Our bank has also informed us about non-receipt of refund in the credit card which we shared with Swiggy still no positive response from Swiggy.Swiggy is just commiting fraud by first taking money then cancelling order and never refunding money. I want my money refunded else I will take strict legal actions against Swiggy.
