Fala Holidays And Packages - Money Lost

My self and my wife visited to Fala office (Yelahanka Branch) with reference of my colleague. They explained about the premium Package with ** days national/international package and many other facilities (guide/hotels/food etc.) they provide during the trip. We were about to walk out from there. But they forced us to sit and started brain washing, Sir also the specialty of this package is
• you do not have to pay any Interest against EMI's and
• There is an option called zero interest EMI where you can pay monthly amount of ***** up to ** months, I asked about interest, then say they have tie up and they will pay to bank, if bank didn't agree, interest will be paid directly.
• you can cancel the package at any time if we do not provide the service or not satisfied with the service.
• and you can also transfer the package to friends or relatives if you want.
. *-star hotel rooms as minimum, ** days maximum and no limit to use per year.

I tried to reach now, Mr. Javid khan attend my call once on and agreed to provide support us to book a package but later not responding to my calls or messages. Before that, I called Soundhrya and Thasleem several times, but there not responding to calls.

Please help me getting refund of the package I don't want this package.
