Telegram app - Money Fraud through Telegram App

I Mandeep Kaur, has become a victim of online fraud which was through Telegram Channel (App). I was trapped to do some business in return i was promise to get back my money with benefit. But I did not get anything after losing approx **lacs. I have lost my everything and additionally i divulged under huge loan of Bank and friends. Why this kind of online frauds are being taken place through Telegram App?
Just because fraudsters can hide their identity and cheat people freely without any fear on cyber police.. Because they know no one can reach the easily if they even trapped in some cases. See only my is a victim of Rs. *******.**, and how many they cheat in a day on false promises. I heard that not to react to any pin password or payment link, but what about bank to bank transfer - we thought that this is the safest mode of transaction, no one can open fake current accounts. But this is also done by the fraudsters with the help of telegram app and Bank official as well. for my loss "Telegram app " as well as concern Banks (ICICI and PNB" are equally responsible.
Dear Investigating Authority, I want justice I am a salaried person don't have our own house we reside in a rented flat. I thought when i will get benefited amount from that particular business ("Welfare mission" in their language), I will book a house for my family and rest amount will pay on installments. but I have lost my all and additionally under a burden of a huge loan, which i can not repay even after paying my whole life income. I filled a complaint in Cyber Cell (Online portal) and Lodge an FIR in Cyber Cell and mean while also file a complaint in concern bank also. but till time i did not get any result from any of above department. The fraudsters are still active on Telegram groups no one is caught so far. they are still trapping and cheating other people like they did to me. I have provided all the details to the cyber police which was I had. But did not get any result.
Please help me to get my hard earned money back. I am attaching a copy of FIR for your ready reference. I hope my request will be heard & resolved by you. Please help me to get all money back from the scammers or from the responsible identities.
