I had subscribed telegram premium for some need on *th april ****.After my job was done i unsubscribed the same on **th april ****.But a sum of Rs *** was deducted from my saved bank account on Google Play Store on *th of may ****, even after me unsubscribing telegram premium. As per Google Play history the money is not deducted...but SMS came that money is deducted by telegram and my bank account also shows that money was deducted by telegram app.I had contacted both google play store and my bank authorities and they asked me to contact the telegram service provider directly...i tried my best to chat with the telegram volunteers but no response.This has never happened before with any app.I want the refund as soon as possible.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
