We have booked three bus tickets through makemytrip and before an hour of the departure of the bus the bus operator messaged that the bus is cancelled and when I called them for refund they told that the money would be refunded by makemytrip and when I asked makemytrip, they didn't respond to my issue.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
