Opened an account in HDFc last year September. When opening account I made it as classique account which is zero balace and also opened some demat and insurance accounts also.
Since I closed my demat account I'm not getting any proper response for my account queries and request and complaints. As I closed my demat account, my bank account is also made standard account which was not included in d forum. Instead of zero balance. Now they are asking me to maintain minimum **k balance and if not deducing almost **** every month. I have lose more than *k in d past few months. I have been trying to contact the bank through calls and mails to repromite my account to classique. Where in call they promise to re promote to classique account. But it has been a month already nothing has been done. I'm feeling tired of this.
