Kotak Mahindra Bank - Money deduction from savings account

I am an account holder in *** zero balance account.Actually, I was using a credit card of Kotak Mahindra Bank and when I get back to bank to pay by credit card dues, I don't know it was mistaken or what but I filled my credit card details and ensure that it was correct but the employee deposited the amount to my savings account and the very must second the whole amount got deducted from my account I don't know why as I was just using the credit card not the debit card and as it is referred as a zero balance account then why there has been too much of deduction from my account...I paid my bills from my side, as it was a fault by the employee of the bank then why should I pay the credit card dues now as it is increasing month by month... I want justice as it is not the first time this happened, it happened to me earlier too but that time I paid it but now this time it's the fault by the employee so I want justice to be made from the bank itself.
