Parimatch Batting - Money deductee but didnt added to parimatch account

I made a deposit of *** to parimatch site on ** July **** , it was successful from my side but parimatch site showed deposit failed . Now neither did I get my refund nor that money is deposited to my parimatch account . Its been a day since then .
