made a payment of Rs ****.** from my BHIM app via upi at **:**:** for booking a train ticket, but to my surprise, no booking process was done even after the transaction was successfully made. I am really disappointed with this as I've been using makemy trip for a long time now.
I had to make another payment to get my ticket so I hope that makemy trip would refund the money I spent with which no ticket was booked.
