Debayan Sanyal filed complaint against Make My Trip on Nov 18, 2017
I booked a ticket on **th Nov. and the amount got deducted twice.
I waited for * days and contacted my Bank who said to check with the Vendor.
I wrote *-* emails with all the details and I was shocked to see that they responded the exact same thing line by line * times requesting the same information.
I doubt they even read the emails sent.
The customer care no does not connect you to any call centre. it simply says raise a request.
I have no idea what is happening.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
