I have bought a package of ₹**** on olx to boost my ads for ** days on ** January **** at **:** AM, but even after the payment was done successfully, my account remain the same and I even tried contacting them but their customer support number is switched off, so I emailed them my grievances but they haven't solved my issue, even after contacting them. I humbly request your team to kindly help me get a refund which is ₹**** or send them an ultimatum to resolve the issue at the earliest failing which I'll have to sue them for misleading the customer. Thank you!
