Beautify yourself - Money deducted order not received

We placed an order on *th December on Beautify Yourself website. The money was deducted immediately from the account, but we didn't receive any email confirmation for the same and now it is not even showing in our order history. Today is **th February. They are not replying to us on any social media platforms.
