Happy fares - Money Deducted No confirmation of ticket

I have booked my flight for Lucknow from Delhi, travel date **th of Aug ****. I have opted for cardless EMI, now the money has been debited from my account. and I still have no clue about ticket.
Tried calling you on cc number provided on google- that is getting disconnected
