I tried to order a t-shirt from Myntra worth Rs. *** on *th May ****. When I was ordering the payment was deducted but the order didn't place. It happened twice. My order was confirmed the third time. I tried to resolve the issue by talking to Myntra Support. First, they asked me to wait for ** hours and discuss the same with my bank. After that, I write them with all the details again when the issue was not resolved but they didn't reply.
Today on **th May **** they said that they didn't receive the payments so they can't help me in this matter. I just wanted to know if I'm shopping with Myntra and issue as this happens. Then its Myntra's responsibility to raise the issue with their gateway as they are in the agreement with the gateway. That's why it's integrated with their app.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
