Wazirx India - Money deducted from Bank but not credited in Wazirx

I have made the payment on **th may **** of Rs.***** from my bank in my Wazirx account in name of "Loveesh Gupta" with phone no.**********. But neither the amount is deposited in my wazirx account nor it is re-credited in my bank account.
