Rs.*** Money deducted from my account and jio recharge not done, I write mail to freecharge care but they are not replying, then i message on Twitter but they answer 'we are forward your problem to our team', now ** hours pass and not received refund or any recharge, my phone call stopped because of freecharge, so please help me
