FREECHARGE.IN - Recharge still Processing after 25 hours and filed complaint multiple times BUT NO RESOLUTION

I made a d*h recharge on **th February,**** and money was debited but recharge was not processed. I filed complaint and send email multiple times to refund the amount but they ignored my request saying it is forwarded to concerned department and did not resolved my problem till yet. They kept on delaying even after ** hours.
