I bought mi digital gold during the lockdown period, on **of april, ****.
The customer service was not reachable at that time so it took so long to get in touch, kindly check the date of payment with time as the bank has already declared that the transaction was successful but the gold balance didn't get updated nor the money was refunded.

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
