I have bought a phone in flipkart on ** sep ****.the phone is having the network issue which is been identified by the company also.
I have took the complete protection from flipkart and Jeeves company for any type of issues.
When i call to Jeeves they are not fullfilling the service or not fixing the issue.
I have to Jeeves for fixing the issue, they did not clear the issue and just returned by cleaning device. Again a week later i went to service center in begumpet, there the staff has changed some part in the device but still the issue exists.
Am unable to make calls in a smoother way, i need restart device min of *-* times a day or some times more in a day.
Please take action against flipkart
