S S Resmi filed complaint against Balmer Lawrie & Co. Ltd on Apr 13, 2023
I had booked * air tickets from Coimbatore to Delhi alongwith the return tickets in the mobile app of Balmer Lawrie as it was the authorized ticketing agency of Govt of India. Money got deducted but there was no intimation regarding air tickets. No status of whether ticket was booked or not was conveyed. So I sent an email to flights@vacationsexotica.com and they replied that they will respond in * hours but has been nearly ** hours since I made the booking and there is no response. Is this how a service is supposed to be done? No intimation of whether booking has been done or money has been refunded or not. How shall I approach this? I need my money back
