Phone pe - money deducted but ticket not booked

i tried to book a ticket on redbus and payment through phone pe
the amount was deducted but ticket was booked by redbus
i raised a ticket against that
n it was said by ** nd dec issue will resolved but after **nd they said ** th and its been ** days n still i havent recieved any response from their customer service
its like my money was deducted and they dont respond to me other than computer generated messages
worst customer service ever seen
i sugguest u guys to stop using this phone pe app
looks like a very big fraud to me
