My protein - Money deducted but order not placed

On *th of October when i placing an order of my protein *.* kg worth of **** rs then my money was deducted from my account but order was not placed. I give all information to my protein costomer support but they are not helping me at all . Every time they ask for information about my problem but not doing anything. They gave me ** days and say we will pay your money before * th of November but still nothing is happened . I have all the documents, transaction upi reference no. And everything. From *th October to * of November they are not doing anything.. i want my money back
