Myntra - Money deducted but order not placed

I placed an order on myntra on **th November ****. Order was placed and delivery date was supposed to be *th December. On **th November I checked my order was not there is order history. When called myntra they said my payment declined and i will get reverse payment. I contacted UPI google pay and bank for same and they said my order was already successful and I won't get any reverse payment. I kept calling myntra but they are not ready to help and keep saying same thing that my payment is declined. I gave them all the proof still they are not refunding my money
