Milkbasket - Money deducted but no delivery

I created an account with milkbasket. At the time of creating my profile I choose current location and then further completed my address in detail. I subscribed for monthly milk delivery and added Rs.*** to my wallet which is non refundable. But initially it was not a concern as I was sure that it will get exhausted on milk purchase. However today i.e.**th Jan, ** I did not receive the milk and money got deducted from my wallet. When I raised a complaint, I got a call and they informed me that currents they are not servicing individual houses, but this was not informed while registering. It went smoothly and no where I got an information that it is non serviceable in my individual houses. Had I known this I would not have registered. Now they are saying that they will close my account and return my money in *-** business days. I want the refund immediately as it is no where my fault.
