I placed an order for Jrc Mix Murabba (*** Gm) through their store on JustDial. My money was deducted and I also recieved an email about the order placement from notifications@justdial.com.
However, as the delivery date arrived and went by, there was no response from the team. I called the number listed on the page (**********) as well as wrote to the email id provided (khimjigala**@gmail.com).
I was shocked to learn from both sources that they do not even take orders from JustDial anymore. So, basically Justdial is taking the money for the orders without doing anything about them.
I want this to be urgently addressed and corrected. It's a complete sham!
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
