Koushik shit filed complaint against Flipkart on Jul 10, 2020
I was ordering Lakme cream and mummy poko pants on Flipkart. I filled out everything. Then I chose to pay using Google pay and the bank was United Bank of India. The amount has been deducted from my account but the order was not placed. I send an email to Flipkart and got no response. I called at the toll free number and the IVR gave an assurance that I will get a call back. Still no response. What should I do?. I don't know why I chose Flipkart this time. I am cursing myself. I am also attaching a cyber receipt of the transaction.my order no is od******************
