State Bank Of India - Money debited from my SBI account but neither credited to beneficiary account nor refunded back to m

Dear Sir,
This is Kapil Kumar from Pune. My SBI account number is *********** and registered mobile number is **********. I have made a UPI transaction on ** MAY ** at approx ** am to transfer ***** rupees from my SBI account to deposit my another account of airtel payment banks. The amount deducted from my SBI account same day but neither credited in beneficiary account not deposited back into my account yet. I have contacted customer care several times but they are not responding well. It's my humble request to resolve my issue at the earliest and refund my money as soon as possible. For the same, I have raised a complaint *********, ********* and ********* on ** May **, ** May and ** May **. My money neither refunded back to me nor credited in another account but my complaint case was closed without any resolution. I have visited the Home branch of SBI, Khadakwasla,Pune but their branch manager didn't help me and till date I have not received my amount yet.
