I placed my order on **rd September **** for Adidas shoes. Amount of *,***₹ got debited from my account immediately but I didn't get any order no. / receipt from Adidas. Call centre executives are just telling me that the complain would be resolved ASAP. It's been more than a month. No call from senior authority even after so many requests I have also submitted my bank statement via email. My complain no. is ********. I want the whole amount plus the surplus amount of *,***₹ for torturing me mentally.
