One Broadband - Money debited from bank account but broadband recharge failed

On **th September, I made a payment on their self-care portal for my broadband account recharge. The transaction of Rs.*** was made through a payment gateway named EaseBuzz. I waited for ** minutes, my account did not get updated. Till today I have been requesting for a refund.
