One Broadband - False marketing and commitment

On **th April, **** I took broadband wifi connection from a company name One Broadband, they showed me their plan portfolio chart where is was clearly mentioned by paying Rs.*** monthly I would get ** mbps with SD Box and TV channels. But, frequently they collects monthly payment prior advance one day but, do recharge the connection lately, here I finds trouble to do my company meetings and today on **th November, ****. Till **'O clock noon they did not completed the recharge process but they collected the money on **rd November, **** itself. The recharge was over at **.**am night and since ** hours I suffered without internet and TV connections. Also after * months today I got a message from the company that my connection qas of ** mbps. So, it was already a false marketing of showing ** mbps but giving ** mbps instead. I Request in front of the court to take relevant action against the false marketing and false commitment of service by the company.
