Tneb - Money debited from Account but bill not paid for TNEB

Hi,
I have paid Rs.**** TNEB electricity bill using Google pay and selected gateway merchant as ICICI. Both the times money debited, but bill not paid and merchant leads to error page and there is no update about the transaction status. Below are the transaction id's
