Flipkart - Money debited but not returned

Dear Sir,
I tried to purchase a mobile phone on ** Dec **** using flipkart. But the transaction failed. Flipkart authorities have confirmed that the payment wasn't transferred to merchant account by the bank leading to transaction failure. The money **,*** Rs has been deducted from my account and has not been refunded since then. Being an army personnel i couldn't resolve the matter earlier. I have approached bank and flipkart officials. Bank officials gave me in writing that money was indeed debited from my account and blamed flipkart for swindling my money. Flipkart officials said they don't have my money. I have been pursuing this case whenever I could come on leave. Kindly look into the matter and oblige.
