Meesho aap - MONEY DEBISTED BUT CONFIRMED ORDER NOT SHOWING

I tried to book an order for "Enaliv Organic AAA GRADE ARABIAN GREEN COFFEE BEANS -*** GM (PACK OF *)-FOR *** rupees"

I made the payment which is reflected in the trail mail.

But the booking is not showing in your App and neither I received any mail confirmation from your end like every time.

Then where is the money? Where is the money credited? In whose account? But MessHo has acknowledged that they have received the money via payment ID:pay_HU*AxsFXJPHc*a

Hence requesting , either to confirm my order or return back my money, am confused where the money is credited.
