This is to inform you that i made a withdrawal of **,***/- from ATM in FOCAL POINT, ludhiana on **/**/**** at **:** PM.
I was able to withdraw ₹ **,***/- and ₹**,*** was stuck in machine and was not withdrawn but the amount was debited from my account. The person at whose place the ATM is installed told us to contact at your helpline number *****-***** , we have been calling continuously calling and the customer support executive is saying to wait, on **th june they told to wait for * days, then for * days and now no one is answering the call on your number.
We request you to look into the matter and get our transaction amount **,***/- returned to our account.
