Hitachi Atm Service - ATM CASH WITHDRAWAL

Dear Sir, I have my account in Punjab National Bank Bhiwadi Rajasthan Baranh.I withdrew amount **** from ATM of other bank on **.**.**** But as soon as the amount machine counted, the power got cut Amount of Rs **** not withdrawn from ATM Rs **** debited from account For this I called Punjab National Bank customer number ****-***-****. I lodged a complaint on **.**.**** He said it takes ** days for other bank's ATMs, I waited ** days But they did not take my complaint on priority I have called many times, sometimes they say the complaint has been processed and sometimes they say it is under process I got the complaint highlighted * times but no response came After that I went to Punjab National Bank branch, they did not talk to me properly And he did not listen to a single thing I said. I want a complaint caravan against them And I want the money which has been deducted from my account to be returned Action should be taken against them, if they don't listen to this also then I will censure the RBI
